1. Rules of Engagement

By engaging Zeeti, you agree to these operational terms. We provide high-performance digital architecture, branding, and strategic deployment. If you require endless hand-holding or bureaucratic bloat, we are not the agency for you.

2. Project Execution

We build according to the target specifications defined during intake.

• Scope: Deliverables are locked in upon project initiation. Scope creep will be met with revised financial terms.
• Timelines: We hit our deadlines. We expect you to hit yours regarding feedback and asset delivery. Delays on your end delay the deployment.

3. Financial Architecture

Execution requires capital.

• Standard projects require a secure deposit prior to the commencement of any architectural work.
• Final deployment of digital assets or code occurs only upon complete settlement of the final invoice.

4. Liability & Performance

Zeeti builds the infrastructure; you are responsible for how you drive it. We are not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the assets we provide, nor are we responsible for third-party hosting failures or external market conditions.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, the deployed digital assets (logos, custom code, strategic documents) transfer to your ownership. Zeeti reserves the right to utilize the completed architecture in our archive and portfolio unless secured by a specific NDA protocol.
