- Responsible Party: We are the Responsible Party for the personal information we collect to manage our own business operations, billing, and direct client communications.
- Operator: We may act as an Operator when designing, hosting, or managing digital infrastructure on behalf of our clients. In this capacity, we process information strictly under the documented instruction of the client.
2. Information We Collect
We collect personal information through the following methods:
- Direct Collection: Names, company registration details, email addresses, phone numbers, and financial billing information provided to us during consultations, onboarding, and active projects.
- Automated Telemetry: When you access this website, our hosting provider (Firebase) automatically logs standard technical data to ensure site stability and security. This includes IP addresses, browser types, device information, and access timestamps.
- Cookies and Tracking: We use strictly necessary technical cookies to maintain basic website functionality. We do not use behavioral tracking, marketing pixels, or cross-site profiling. General website traffic is analyzed using anonymous, aggregated metrics.
3. Purpose of Processing
We process personal information strictly for the following operational purposes:
- To design, build, deploy, and maintain custom web infrastructure and digital services.
